5 providers covered
Real Engineer sends email from three different addresses depending on what it's about. Some email providers filter unfamiliar senders into spam by default — adding us as a trusted sender fixes this permanently.

Rather than whitelisting each address one at a time, the instructions below whitelist the whole @realengineer.in domain in one step — that covers all three addresses now, and any new one we add later. Find your email provider below.
Gmail
- Open any email from realengineer.in (e.g. a code or reset email)
- Click the three dots (⋮) near the message
- Select "Filter messages like this"
- In the "From" field, replace the full address with just: *@realengineer.in
- Click "Create filter"
- Check "Never send it to Spam"
- Click "Create filter" — this now covers every Real Engineer address, not just this one
Outlook (Desktop)
- Open Outlook
- Go to Home → Junk → Junk E-mail Options
- Select the "Safe Senders" tab
- Click "Add"
- Enter: @realengineer.in — this whitelists all three Real Engineer addresses at once
- Click OK and Apply
Outlook on the Web (Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com)
- Click Settings (⚙️)
- Select Mail → Junk email
- Under "Safe senders and domains," click Add
- Enter: realengineer.in
- Click Save
Yahoo Mail
- Open Settings → More Settings → Filters
- Create a new filter
- Set the sender to contain: realengineer.in
- Save the filter
Company email (Microsoft 365 / Exchange)
- If your organisation uses Exchange Online and our emails are still being blocked or quarantined, ask your email administrator to add the following to the organisation's Allow List / Tenant Allow List in Microsoft Defender:
- realengineer.in (preferred — covers all our sending addresses)
- If your IT policy requires exact addresses rather than a domain, list all three shown above individually instead.
