The Person Behind Real Engineer

32 years of watching
the same damage repeat itself.

Students who worked hard. Who passed their exams. Who had every reason to believe they were on the right path. And who arrived at the real world without the one thing their education was supposed to give them.

The ability to think through a problem they had never seen before.

Building Real Engineers since

1994

A mentor forged in two worlds

My journey into education is unlike most. I graduated from the National Defence Academy and the Indian Military Academy, and served as an Infantry officer in the Sikh Light Infantry — institutions renowned for forging ordinary young adults into extraordinary leaders through a rigorous, scientific process of transformation. That process shaped everything about how I teach.

The Indian Army taught me one standard above all others. Not whether a soldier can pass an examination. Whether they are ready for the field. Where the problems are real, the consequences are real, and there is no answer at the back of the book.

When I took premature retirement and entered the world of software, I carried that standard with me. And what I encountered shocked me. Graduates who had worked hard, passed every exam, collected their certificates — and arrived at my table completely unprepared for a real problem.

They had memorized. They had passed. They had been applauded. They had never been taught to think.

For 32 years I have been repairing that foundation — one graduate at a time, inside my own software firm, UXL Technologies. Watching frightened, certificate-holding young people transform into engineers who can face problems they have never seen before — with confidence, judgment, and genuine competence.

Real Engineer is my answer to 32 years of watching this happen silently. Built so that transformation can happen before a student reaches my table. While they are still in the system. While there is still time to build the foundation correctly.

I could no longer watch it happen without doing something about it.

What Sets My Teaching Apart

32 years. Three dimensions.

⚔️

Military precision

The Indian Defence forces don't just train soldiers — they transform human beings. I bring that same disciplined, structured, uncompromising approach to every student I teach. The standard is the real world. Not the exam.

🧘

Inner mastery

My teaching is rooted in psychology and the Art of Living. I don't just develop technical skill — I address the whole person. Because in 32 years I have seen firsthand that the greatest obstacle to learning is not intelligence. It is fear.

🤖

AI that thinks like I do

I have encoded 32 years of mentoring into an AI platform that teaches the way I teach — through questions, not answers. Every student who registers has access to that approach at any time, not just during scheduled sessions.

32 Years At The Table

What I have seen — and why it cannot continue.

Every year for 32 years, I have sat across the table from young graduates arriving for their first job. And every year, the same pattern has repeated itself.

They memorized a program. They made it run. The teacher applauded.

And they arrived at my table expecting the same cycle to continue. Show me a program that runs. Nod. Give me the job. Complete the cycle. That is all they had ever been taught to do.

They were not lazy. They were not incapable. They were the entirely predictable product of an education system that prepared them for a specific exam with a specific syllabus — and called that preparation enough.

I make them think. And they cannot handle it — at first. The confusion. The fear. The disorienting realization that the map they were given does not match the territory they have arrived in.

But with patience, and persistence, and the right questions — something shifts. The fear becomes curiosity. The confusion becomes clarity. The student who arrived looking for someone to tell them what to do discovers that they are capable of something far more powerful.

The Lord Almighty has blessed every one of them with enormous intelligence. The system simply did not help them use it. That is what I am here to change.

In the AI era, this transformation cannot wait until a student reaches my interview table. The fault lines that used to surface over years now surface in weeks. The student without foundational thinking does not slowly discover the gap — they are rapidly exposed by tools that accelerate and reinforce it.

Real Engineer exists to create that transformation before the gap becomes impossible to close. Open to every student who is ready to begin.

My Teaching Philosophy

The real world is the curriculum.

Not a syllabus. Not a textbook. Not an exam. The standard I teach to is the same standard the real world will hold your child to.

🧠

I teach in context

Every concept I teach is drawn from real-world scenarios built over 32 years of business application development. My students never learn in a vacuum — they learn through problems that actually exist in the real world.

🔁

I use repetition with purpose

Mastery requires revisiting ideas from new angles at the right moment. I have trained my AI tutor to surface the right challenge when a student is ready for it — not random repetition, but deliberate reinforcement that builds genuine understanding.

🤖

I built an AI mentor, not an answer machine

My AI is trained to guide students toward the answer — not hand it to them. That is exactly how I teach in person. I refused to build anything that would undermine that principle. Thinking cannot be shortcut. It must be developed.

📈

I measure real world impact

I do not measure success by course completions or exam results. I measure it by one question — can my student face a problem they have never seen before and find their way through? That is the only metric that has ever mattered to me.

Open To Every Student Who Is Ready

32 years of expertise — now available to you.

The most valuable thing about a great mentor is not just what they know — it is the way they make you think. I have spent 32 years making young people think in ways their education never did. Real Engineer brings that same approach to every student who registers — through an AI platform trained to teach the way I teach. Through questions. Through real problems. Through the standard of the real world.

I am not looking for students who already have the answers. I am looking for students who are ready to learn how to find them. If that describes you — register now. Real Engineer is open to anyone who is ready to begin.
